Vertical Mills
Hision vertical machining centres — six sizes, from 24" × 18" to a 59" × 31" BT50. All with the same cast bed and column, a 24-tool arm changer and Fanuc 0i MF Plus control as standard.
Five of the six are BT40 and differ only in travel, so the choice is mostly table size. The V15 is the exception — BT50 taper and gearbox drive, for large mould and die work. A 12 000 rpm direct-drive spindle is available across the range and is the upgrade we recommend wherever the budget allows: more speed, torque straight to the tool, no belt to tension or replace.
